FAQ


I have a charge on my credit card from "NorthStar Solutions, LLC".  How can I learn what it was for?

Please use our Contact Us form and supply the following information:

  1. The full name of the cardholder
  2. The date of the transaction
  3. The amount charged

I already have an account.  How can I recover my password?
Please use the Recover Password feature to have the password associated with your online account e-mailed to you.

How can I get another copy of my invoice/receipt?
Please use the Orders History feature to review past orders and/or invoices and receipts. You will need to sign in to view your order history.  The password recovery feature is discussed in the previous FAQ.

How can I learn more about the status of an order?
Immediately after your purchase is processed our system sends you two e-mail messages:
  1. An Invoice/Receipt that details your purchase (what was purchased, the payment amount, the date of the purchase, the invoice #, etc.).
  2. A message that provides you with delivery information, the developer's e-mail address (to be used for any technical support or delivery follow-up questions), etc.

Please be sure to check your spam folder if you did not get one or both of those e-mail messages.  If you still need assistance, please see the next FAQ.


I have a copy of my invoice/receipt.  How can I get more specific information about the status of my order?

Please use our Contact Us form and supply the following information:
  1. The Order ID # shown at the top of the invoice you were presented after you placed your order (and later e-mailed to you)
  2. The e-mail address you used when the order was placed
  3. The name of the product you purchased


I have a product I would like to sell online.  How can I learn more about using your e-commerce system?

The best place to learn more about our e-commerce system is to visit our home page.  There you can get a quick overview of what we do, navigate to our Features page, view a FAQ specifically about that subject, review our Agreement, and use the Sign Up Now link to get started right away.


How can I ask another question not provided in this FAQ?

We are always eager to assist you!  Please note that NorthStar Solutions sells thousands of software titles, in addition to developing many of our own. Thus, if you are contacting us about a specific product, we can help you better if you provide the product name in the subject of the message and any other important information in the message itself so that we may route your message properly.
