The National Soccer Coaches Association of America is pleased to present this collection of sessions and activities to use as you coach your young players. NSCAA staff coaches provide demonstrations of many different activities coaches can use to teach young players the skills they need to learn to play the game of soccer and have fun at the same time.
DVD 1: 5-7 Year Olds
At this age the ball itself is the biggest opponent. The activities are heavily oriented towards dribbling, giving the players as many touches on the ball as possible in their early years.

DVD 3: Technical Exercises for Youth Players 13-15
This DVD will help coaches train their 13 to 15 year old players technically in a tactical environment, taking advantage of the players ever-increasing strength, quickness and mental ability on the field.
Every player needs to work on technique. This DVD from the National Soccer Coaches Association Of America will assist coaches and players in continued development of technical skills, while providing an introduction to tactical concepts.
