FileInbox is an easy-to-use utility which allows directories to be treated similarly to inboxes in mail clients with message rules.  FileInbox is an excellent tool for monitoring FTP directories and for a variety of I/T projects.  Rules can be defined to move files when new files appear or after a certain number of files are present.  The rules can move files conditionally based on the following conditions:

• File Extension
• File Name
• File Date
• File Size
• File Date Compared To Other Files 

Once the rule identifies which files to move, the following actions can be performed:

• Move Files
• Copy Files
• Delete Files
• Launch Programs/Scripts
• FTP Files (registered users)
