System Explorer is a powerful, easy - in - use 32-bit file
management tool for computers, running Microsoft
®
Windows™ 90 / 98 / 98SE / ME / NT /
2000 / XP / Vista. It lets you manage files and folders faster and easy, using
one of five interface variants: Classical double-panel variant, pioneered in
Norton Commander, extended double-panel variant, that contains folders tree and
files list in each panel, Windows' Explorer interface variant and two
alternative double-panel variants. In addition to all standard file management
operations, File System Explorer it includes many other useful features, like
copying and moving files and folders in standard folders (My Documents, Desktop,
etc.). Also, File System Explorer has built-in Image Viewer and text editor,
that supports more than twenty image formats and all text file formats
respectively. File System Explorer can work with Windows' Favorites folder and
has built-in Favorites list. You can accelerate your file system navigation by
using the quick access tools such as "Navigation" and "History" menu, Windows'
and built-in Favorites

Each panel may be used to browse
all folders, both virtual and real ones, located on local or remote drives.
Having two independent panels is especially convenient when copying or
moving files, enabling you to see the contents of the source and destination

File System Explorer has built-in
Image Viewer that supports more than twenty image formats and Text editor
that you can use to quickly view and edit text files.
Quickly navigate your computer:

directly navigate to standard folders My Documents, My Computer, Desktop, My

with Windows' "Favorites" folder, using "Favorites" menu.

Launch programs from the command

The command prompt lets you
quickly run programs that accept command-line arguments. File System
Explorer saves you time by allowing you to insert the names or full paths of
the selected file objects directly into the command prompt.

Use the traditional methods of
file management:
While providing new means to work
with your files and folders, File System Explorer fully supports the
traditional tools and commands offered by the Windows user interface, such
as the right-click accessible shortcut menus, the panel toolbars that let
you copy, cut, and paste files via the clipboard (just like Windows Explorer
does), drag-and-drop operations, etc.

both on a single machine and on a network. Each user can configure and use
File System Explorer independently on the others.
Quick and easy start your
favorites programs:
Simply add your favorites
programs into Quick start list ("Quick start" - "Customize...") and you can
